First time Brian had EVER tried a 4-3 combo !
End of competition : Ilia wins over Brian. The competition could not
have gone further, despite what the commentator said, as it had never been planned
to reach another level of difficulty (read the rules...).
BTW, except another quad of another kind, what could the other step
? (Brian would have go and tried the 4F !!!!)
So no series of double Axels...
Guess what ??
The main commentator did a very bried interview w/ Ilia, cutting his speech bvery
often (each two words approx.). The interview with Brian consisted of only one
question (was it his first attempt at a 4T-3T ever. answer : yes).
BUT.... they managed to do a very long interview (mostly compared to the 'two'
first ones) with a football player of the Lyon team we don't care at all !!!
Come on, PLEASE, it's ice skating you're supposed to show, we have enough football
each two days on TV on so little ice skating, don't WASTE the time !!
Anyway, great competition !
